Here's a little update on how the diet is going.
AWESOME!
It didn't take me very long to get used to not eating as much and you can see results everyday. The real tricky part it going to be when I'm off the HCG, I will have to kick my trash everyday working out. I started this crazy thing official Nov. 11 and so far I have lost 8 lbs, so about a pound a day. I know I most likly will get some of that back but at least its a good start.
I'm really getting tired of only eating for dinner chicken or fish or crap with some veggies.
I want a Chick-fil-a sandwich so bad! (did you know they are only 380 calories?)
